Lynette Romero's Daughter Surprises Her on Mother's Day

Mark, Lynette, and Liberte were my Saturday morning jam. KTLA really messed this up. Since I was a child watching the almighty and all-knowing Hal Fishman, KTLA was my go to. It's unfortunate what has happened, and its unfortunate that KTLA is going to lose a WHOLE LOT of viewers. However, I REALLY REALLY hope Mark and Lynette start their own podcast or show on YouTUbe.

Lynette has accepted a job with KNBC-TV--apparently will be doing their weekday morning show. In my area, KTLA was on the "Superstation" component of our cable package so I won't be able to see her anymore as we can't get KNBC. Maybe she can put in a good word for Mark Mester-as he's looking for a new job now too

@@michaelarmenta8289 No he was fired-he went off an arranged script discussing Lynette's leaving and did his own tribute (in which he was highly critical of KTLA management). Apparently, he had hired a plane to fly a message honoring Lynette ("We love you Lynette") to fly during the September 17 Saturday morning show but management wouldn't allow a camera to broadcast the plane's message. Management at KTLA was furious and fired him last Wednesday (September 21)
