Aqua bow better for nuke but Lyney bow better for charged atk style , aqua like 90% power of his weapon :) !

Yeah but if you ignore the charged atk dmg increase, the 48% atk is still pretty good right. Better for most old characters, while I guess aqua will be better for fontaine characters. I'm so confused

they are pretty close, choose the one you want. just keep in mind lyney bow is for mono element teams and it gives mostly attack, so in general aqua is better but it depends on your teams

Did he a game-changer character like Kazuha? Because I can 36-star abyss and need an excellent unit to do the job (maybe skill issue) But my current dps units are itto,diluc,cyno and xiao

Based on your characters the game changer character you need is Zhongli So wait for him in 2nd half of this patch Xiao would benefit from Zhongli so would Itto Then you can run Itto Zhongli Gorou Bennet on one side and Cyno hyperbloom or quicken on other.

Aqua ~ 90% power of his weapon ( with charged atk DMG ) , with Nuke Aqua better than his bow , no need to pull his bow if you already got Aqua :)
