ASLEEP AT 8.30PM ON THE DAILY! WOW! The level of discipline needed for such a routine is truly remarkable. Especially in today's world, where we're constantly surrounded by screens emitting blue light, bombarded with social media and information overload from numerous entertainment and educational platforms. It's no wonder many people struggle to get enough sleep.

It's such a pleasure to listen to intelligent eloquent people especially black brothers it just gives me so much joy and pride as an African . I love the drive and discipline as well. We really need to accept the fact that who we are and continue to become after God primarily depends on us . If God avails all you need and u aren't willing to put in the work u can never make it.

There's so much wisdom in this conversation. I wish I had written down everything. My biggest takeaway is starting where you are with what you have. For years I was hesitant to develop my property, worrying I wouldn't be able to finish the work. Finally 3 years ago, I took the leap and I'm now the owner of several beautiful apartments and no loans. If I had listened to my fears, I would still be stuck. Its good to take the leap.

@@carolinemumbua4128 I liquidated my stocks and I had some money left over from the sale of my house. I also used most of my savings. . It was painful financially and costs kept going up. But I thank God that I was able to stretch the funds and finish building. When I looked at the estimate at that time it seemed impossible. But God worked everything out.

@@johnadede3742 I'm not discrediting the importance of therapy. I believe it is important. However, I know that a person can go for therapy for years and still be miserable because they have refused to make the changes within themselves. YOU have to do the inner work for yourself. So, people need to stop waiting for govt, parents, partners, etc to make them happy. It all starts with YOU.

Oh my, I never knew or heard of this guy before, but just listening to what he has to say is such a breath of fresh air. The way he responded to the boychild question really got me to want to know him more. It's an affirmation to his wisdom towards understanding of issues, and unusual discernment and judgment which is mind-blowing. I admire people who can actually look at the shoe on the other foot and analyse the situation critically. A man who can boldly speak on empowering the girl-child or women without feeling insecure or feeling that empowering would mean women domineering or women taking control. That is such a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much Eugene, you are wise beyond your tender years, you reassure me that there's still hope.
