Lyoto is my favorite MMA fighter of all time. Growing up as a Judoka I always respected how he would act after a win. He always showed respect to his opponent no matter what happened. Lyoto has always been my favorite fighter since his first fight in the UFC. Having studied Shotokan for a short period in my early teens didn't hurt. His repect of bowing to his opponent before and after his fights anyway rang true to me. Respent to the man.

Legends. Much respect to these two. I remember scoring their fight for Rampage rounds 1 and 2, though Lyoto kicked his ass in the 3rd lol. But Page did won that fight so kudos to him.

Man I always thought Rampage was a testosterone fueled beast. It turned out he’s an intelligent and sensitive man talking to his martial artist friend. Respect to both of you. Great and inspiring conversation.

That was an amazing podcast, Legends! The biggest lesson I’m taking away from this is to be more accepting of what life puts in front of you. Amazing, thank you!

Great advice from Lyoto about remaining stoic and having a calm mind. One of the realest podcasts out.
