I studied mandarin from a female Chinese lecturer. She taught us 2 songs from Teresa, this one and Tian Mimi. She was like our mother, very loving. We asked her to sing this song in a college concert. She agreed. We always heard and watched her practising. 3 days before the concert, she died in car accident on her way for rehearsal. I don't know how many times i return to this page to listen it again. I heard this song the first time three years ago in the background when i had a video chat with a lovely Chinese woman. I asked what this song is, it cought my heart right away. This two women, Teresa Teng and my now beloved JingJing are the reason to start to learn Mandarin. It's a slow progress for me, but it opened a new world to me. And whenever i hear this song, my heart jumps from joy. 爱你晶晶

I don't know what the song says, but i just love this song, it gives me a chill. I first heard it sung by a beautiful lady at a dinner in Don Bosco Bangkok, during the Don Bosco Past Pupil's Asia Australia meet in Feb 2013. This song haunts me but today i have found it. Thanks to that beautiful lady who sang this beautiful song. ALso my salute to Teresa Teng - The lady with Angelic voice. RIP TT

I am American, and I came across this song via an online game... Of all things 😅 It's a very random happenstance but in any event, this game called Sky has instruments you can play that are surprisingly accurate to the notes and chords of actual instruments, such as the piano. I searched youtube for " Sky piano love songs " in order to surprise serenade a person who means the world to me... I listened to many different songs, casually half listening as I wasn't finding anything impressive enough for this Stunning person, when suddenly I hear this beautiful, almost magical melody that stopped me in my tracks. I translated the title of the video to see what they were playing and it was this song. Now I'd never heard of this song, so I had to find it to see what it was about and if it was accurate for the way I feel about this person... 🥺 I found your video. Thank you. Thank you so so much. Amazing. What more is there to say? Not only is the music so mesmerizing, but the lyrics! 😩 This beautiful sound has the most heartwarming lyrics to go with it.
