Saying that the increasing cost curve for NEM is not important at all is absurd 06:00. "The best performing companies are those that are the most highly leveraged", lol. What happens when the commodities drop? So nothing to worry about if the commodities keep on rising forever, that's a good advice? When have the commodities fallen in price during some period in history at all, probably never, so just keep on buying and hoping for the best... absurdity

This lady came off clueless when she said improving cost performance dose not matter…… at point in which i stopped listening to this video.. this thinking is why Gold Stocks got hammered couple years ago because Gold price came down but cost stayed up… as a company you always want to improve and reduce cost.
