YES!" scene, it's a very old hat, having been added to the game in May of 2011, on top of that there are different tiers, rarities or qualities of hats, one such quality is known as "Unusual" which gives the item a random special particle effect, one such effect is known as "Burning Flames", which when on the Team Captain makes that hat worth THOUSANDS of dollars.
