It's very specifically about a soldier struggling with PTSD after being deployed overseas, killing innocents, watching the people he trained with die, and going home to drink himself to death because the people back there hate him and he hates himself. He just wanted to protect his family and friends and everyone he cares about, but he was ordered to murder people for oil, and his mind went missing in action. The bridge represents a military funeral. It's sad and beautiful, and the song's message is very important. The presentation is obviously incredible. Thank you for doing this reaction! 🖤

I’m gonna be a soldier after high school, preferably special forces, but some of the shit soldiers see is awful, there should be more places dedicated to helping soldiers than a whole bunch of shit helping the LGBTQ+ community, and you might say sexuality is a choice, being a soldier is not. Remember, for many, serving is the only option left or you will just be on the street, please, give our soldiers some love and support.
