Peking Duck is impossible to make at home. Lol I've been to the authentic ones in Beijing and back in my home country Singapore where Chinese people make up 80% of the population, no decent (or even high-end) restaurants could make peking duck close to the authentic ones. It's just not possible! Most of the time it's the cantonese roasted duck which is also very good, just not Peking duck...

I'm a Singaporean working in Brunei. I happened to come across one of your video. From then on I kept watching your videos. There were full of love, warm & laughter in your family. This is a complete contrast to most families who are busy making money & lack of care for each other. Life should be like your family. I doubt any CEOs in any MNC can be successful in life like your family. I hope to have the kind of family like you but seems impossible because I as the father didn't do my part well...lol. 饼皮可以用市售饺子皮涂上油，几张叠在一起擀大一倍，然后一起蒸可以很容易分开。真味的北方饺子皮就很适合这么弄，节省一些时间。
