To the Chinese anywhere , eating time / dinner time was always time for bonding thru food, especially ma ma's cooking. A time where the next generation gets to know their past . What's lingers on in years to come was the taste . Remembered a taste of my ma ma's awhile back in Zhongshan, china, far away from Malaysia where she resides 3 quarter of her life. She has passed on 20 years ago and I still remembered that particular meal with our uncle's !

Volleyball is one sport where Jay has the better of dad...as volleyball is a big sport in China I believe. Just remembered in a couple of earlier episodes dad had the upper hand on Jay in darts and putt putt. Jay's wonderful meal preparation along with Ari and Mei mei's singing was a great top off for everything.
