In this Video I have shown you how to make Raw Mango Pickle
Mango pickle has many health benefits in it. And Mango pickle is a common pickle used by everyone. Mango pickle is favorite for all people.
Follow my instructions correctly , then only your pickle will be perfect for many days. Follow the correct ratio of ingredients. Many of them doesn't get the perfect pickle but now you all can make a perfect pickle by using this method.

Ingredients & Measurements : For 1 kg
1) Raw Mango (pickle mango) : 1kg deseeded
2) Crystal Salt : 180 g
3) Guntur Red Chilly Powder : 30 g
4) Black Mustard Powder : 20 g
5) Mundu Red Chilli : 16 nos deseeded
6) Curry leaves : 4 springs
7) Fenugreek Powder : 1/2 tbsp
8) Asafoetida : 1/4 tbsp
9) Turmeric Powder : 3/4 tbsp
10) Mustard Seeds : 1/2 tbsp
11) Gingelly Oil : 36 tbsp
The Measurements I have Taken for 1 kg 600 gms are :
1) Raw Mango (pickle mango) : 1.600 kg deseeded
2) Crystal Salt : 288 g
3) Guntur Red Chilly Powder : 48 g
4) Black Mustard Powder : 32 g
5) Mundu Red Chilli : 26 nos deseeded
6) Curry leaves : 7 springs
7) Fenugreek Powder : 3/4 tbsp
8) Asafoetida : 1/2 tbsp
9) Turmeric Powder : 1.25 tbsp
10) Mustard Seeds : 3/4 tbsp
11) Gingelly Oil : 58 tbsp

Why do you add dry chilli, all pickles, only chilli powder enough

Fried chilli will give extra flavour. And also we use guntur chilli while making tempering. And chilly powder is made with normal red chillies

சகோதரி நான் உங்கள் எழுமிச்சை மாங்காய் ஊறுகாய் இரண்டு முறைக்கு மேல் செய்துள்ளேன் மிகவும் அருமை...💯...ஆனால் இம்முறை செய்த மாங்காய் உறுகாய் நுரை விட்டுவிட்டது.....என்ன பிழை என்று என்னால் கண்டரிய முடியவில்லை.இதை சாப்டலாமா?
