Ingredients Required:
Avakkai mango - 2kg
Chilli powder - 300 to 400 g
Mustard powder - 200g
Salt - 200g
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek - 3 tbsp
Black Chickpeas - 100 gms
Garlic - 1 cup
Oil - 1 ltr

Very good couple doing the authentic mango pickle. We are from konaseema dravidians and we take rai powder 2 bowls chillipowder and salt 1 and half measurement methi seeds 50 gms and hing 3 spoons holding powder turmeric 2 spoons. Oil as you said .the pickle is very aptly tasty.2 liters of oil
