I was making fish curry with more tomato's and onion for than 10 years. taste is good. my begali husband enjoys' it. since he dont like tamarind taste. but I am getting the authentic taste like grandmother cooks in karaikudi. now i know the secret, it should less onion and tomato and more tamarind. today i tried with sadrine fish. its yummy and delicious. fish curry pot is empty. Thanks chef deena for teaching very clearly step by step. Eventhough we are cooking for 20 years, we are missing small tips. now I am able to make perfect fish curry.
