首先 Happy Anniversary！汤師父，你識得揾到去，好嘢！曾經救過我，我也一時忘記介紹比你，我倆的最愛之一，但就已經很久沒去了。我比較喜歡柔佛州的分行，味道比KL正d，我覺得它的所有料理都非常到位，屬於高質菜餚和靚湯。每一次到柔佛州跨州工作，都會拜訪消費。有一次，適逢天氣不好，嚴重咳嗽，多次看醫生也無效，耽誤了工作，就在湯師父的一個晚餐，特別叫人了 泡參豬肚雪兒湯，吃一煲就完全好了，還比看醫生有效。陳皮芭樂 這一道開胃前菜，也是在湯師父認識到。😁

哇，睇黎我地嘅口味都有點相似😊 聽完你咁講，我地對呢間嘅印象分又加左。我老婆就本來有小小氣管問題，雖然黎到大馬之後，情況大為改善，但有時進出冷氣大嘅地方，佢都會忍唔住咳，睇黎下次如果想用食物調理身體嘅話，都可以再來飲番個靚湯，補補佢。有時有D 身體小毛病，都係靠食療，中醫調理，完全明白你嘅感受😊😊

@@NoChillNoLife 係，我認同。人需要普通營養的飲食，也需要藥膳的飲食，有時更需要中藥的攝取。補也有分溫補、強補、涼補等，必須要學習少少，至少識得吃什麽，所以除了我所知的美食之外，我也介紹你藥膳與補湯之類的食物，亦有粥類暖暖胃，調理調節一下。湯師父餐館有一個我兩所認知的特點，但未必準確，需要自己去發掘，就是水準不能保持，尤其是新開張的會或許會有鎮店大厨出動，一段時間之後就會調走，這都是大馬連鎖餐館一貫的作風，但柔佛州新山的就比較能保持水準，但也試過遜色的時候。藥膳餐飲，追求的是藥材的配搭是否有效，這是一個難處。 還有一個來自台灣的藥膳火鍋，天香火鍋，個人認爲有效，它的湯底以64種藥材燉制，味道即清淡但又不失濃郁，但有效，它的火鍋料非常正，但很容易可以吃上一餐1500溝，但我兩通常都會點數樣好料，再加上兩三份我們最愛它的手打麵條，非常好吃。最重要的還是他們配製的茶，一壺一口下去似乎餿了的茶，但喝多數口後就會覺得非常好喝和有療效。😁 如果 聚苑补品楼 依然還有中醫在位就最好。

@@NoChillNoLife 識補之餘，也需要職得解，以防過量的補。如吃泡參或是當歸頭補氣，如果吃後覺得條氣唔順，必須即可服食陳皮，或是九制陳皮，就能食後條氣順返。在當歸來説，吃當歸要吃全歸，當歸頭補氣，當歸身補血，當歸尾活血，不建議單獨部分攝取，很容易過量而反效果，人也會不舒服，所以吃當歸必須頭，身與尾一起吃，當歸尾會利用活血中和補氣補血在血液中行走，如果沒有當歸尾，補氣補血只會堵著。這些都是以爲我最信任的故人中醫師所教。

厲害厲害👍🏻我老婆睇完你嘅留言，佢話响呢度遇到志同道合呢😉佢對中醫食療和西醫食療都十分有興趣，除咗關於環球經濟、動物、另一樣佢最感興趣嘅嘢就係中西食療養生，佢成日提我身體健康係最重要，不過我就有時响食方面就比較冇自制能力，尤其身在大馬，我又超餵食，由朝到晚都亂食嘢，搞到皮膚敏感，有時仲會食到腸胃問題，激死佢😅 天香火鍋係咪响Pudu 區果間呢？可以吸引到你哋食完再去食嘅餐館，相信都係正嘅！😋 聚苑補品樓已經收入口袋，我老婆強烈要求－定要去試，而且佢以前一响都有睇開中醫調理身體，而我之後跟住佢睇中醫，亦發現中藥調理真係好有效，不過暫時响大馬未遇到自己中醫師，相信遲啲要四出尋找一位合適的中醫師呢😉

FYI ! 湯師父, the parent company is a Chinese herbal shop, they have many outlets throughout whole Malaysia, especially in JB, Johor Bahru (They came from there) , they also sell alot of Chinese New Year Hamper for people to give away during CNY, hence their herbal dishes are quite authentic and value for money.

Umm… we think both malls are good, Pavilion has wider variety of tenants they offer more products/ food at different price level, while TRX is generally on the high side, yet the quality generally would not disappoint us 😁 In terms of tenants, we think they are pretty much similar with slight differences 😊

Mid Nov to end Dec is our government school holiday, hence Dec most of the places eg shopping mall will be packed especially TRX newly open, even packed in the week day, maybe Jan 2024 will be better on weekday, U may revisit TRX again.

The wonder....We went back to visit once / twice, and still found the place is crazily crowded that we have to be very determined to wait for our target restaurant, haha. But that's a good scenario that most are willing to spend and the economy could be well supported 😁

Since MCO, our public school term's holidays have changed. Academic year starts in March instead of January. Holidays in December is now the 3rd term holidays for a period of two weeks. This year's started from 16th Dec 23 and will end in 1st Jan 24. End of school year holidays for academic year 2023/24 is from 10th Feb 24 to 10th Mar 24. First day of school for academic year 2024/25 is scheduled on 11th Mar 24.

@@NoChillNoLife My pleasure. Due to this year's CNY falls on the 10th Feb, most schools may end the school term on 9th Feb. Also, we have Federal and State holidays. Some states have Friday and Saturday as their weekend, not Saturday and Sunday. Think The Ministry of Education will be slowly adjusting the school term back to the previous one which year end holidays starts in mid Nov - 1st Jan the following year, but won't happen until 2026 or after.
