马来西亚民间美食咖喱排骨🐷香浓的咖喱汁,软嫩入味,超好吃,不知不觉又要多吃一碗饭❤️
材料:500克排骨、2勺咖喱粉、2颗马铃薯、1把咖喱叶、3根香茅、1000毫升清水、200毫升淡奶、半勺盐、1勺白糖
辣椒泥:20条干辣椒、6条红辣椒、5瓣蒜、10红葱头、20克黄姜、20克南姜、7粒石古仔、10克belacan
1)把排骨清洗干净,加入2勺咖喱粉拌匀腌制15分钟
2)把20条干辣椒、6条红辣椒、5瓣蒜、10红葱头、20克黄姜、20克南姜、7粒石古仔、10克belacan搅成泥备用
3)热锅热油,把切好的马铃薯炸至稍微金黄色捞出
4)锅留底油,把辣椒泥倒入炒15-20分钟,变深红色,把腌制好的排骨、香茅&咖喱叶、马铃薯加进来炒均匀
5)这时就可以倒入1000毫升清水&200毫升淡奶搅拌均匀,开大火煮开再关小火盖上盖子焖40分钟
6)最后加入半勺盐&1勺白糖搅均匀就好了
