马铃薯 potato / 5
红葱头 onion / 2
番茄 tomato / 3
蒜米 garlic / 1
葱头仔 shallot / 8
香茅 lemongrass / 5
咖喱叶 curry leaves / 5
咖喱粉 curry powder / 10 tbsp
黄姜粉 turmeric powder / 1 tbsp
辣椒粉 chili powder / 2 tbsp
辣椒干酱 dried chili paste / 3 tbsp
调味料 seasoning
盐 salt / 1 tsp
鸡精粉 chicken powder / 1 tsp
糖 sugar / 3 tbsp
清水 drinking water / 1 Litre
腌制排骨材料 marinated pork ribs ingredients
盐 salt / 1 tsp
木薯粉 tapioca flour / 1 tbsp

Hi 👋, I didn't put santan because there are elderly people in my family, so it is not recommended to eat it if you have a bad stomach or heart. Of course, if you like to add santan, you can add santan when you finally add fried potatoes into the curry. It will taste better😊

@@Liewsmom I see. I just made the dish with your recipe. Frying the potato first really makes it more delicious. I put too much chilli powder because I love spicy but it gave it a slight bitter taste.

@@Simon-xb8tl Yes, putting more chilli powder will become slightly bitter, if you love spicy you can add chilli padi(tabasco pepper) together with the dried chilli paste, make sure to smash chilli padi before you add.😊
