Very true. I remember that was the first Cassette I ever owned as a kid. I was only 6 years old, and my mom gave it to me as a present after I cried and begged for his Cassette...we didn't have CD's back then....good times. I cried my eyes out when I he died about 6 or 7 years later. God bless his soul. He has angelic voice.

It's one of those moments you remember EXACTLY where you were when you hear the news. Kennedy was my favorite singer when I was a kid. I will never forget where I was and how depressed I was when I heard his death. Ayizosh. I STILL sing the song "andd negn akal zemed yelegn, tikesha yemihonegn..." all the time whenever I feel lonely. RIP Kennedy Mengesha. You will always be loved and remembered.
