馬鈴薯煎蛋:
材料:
薯仔(大)1個
雞蛋2隻
調味料:
黑椒鹽少許
處理:
1. 薯仔,刨去皮,切薄片,再切幼薯條。
2. 兩隻雞蛋打落碗,加入黑椒鹽,打勻。
烹調:
1. 中火在鑊中燒熱2湯匙油。
2. 放薯條。
3. 收慢火,慢煎。
4. 煎了約2分鐘,反轉。
5. 煎至兩面金黃色,放雞蛋,繼續中慢火,慢煎。
6. 煎至兩面金黃色,就可以上碟。
7. 用黑椒魚露及辣椒仔tabasco調味,完成。

Ingredients:
Potatoes (large) 1 No.
Eggs 2 Nos.
Seasoning:

Preparation:
1. Potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices.

Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil at medium flame in wok.
2. Put potatoes.
3. Turn to low flame, fry.
4. Already fried for 2 minutes, flip over.
