【妈妈食谱】超简易电锅焖鸡饭 | [Mum’s Recipe] Super Easy! Chicken Rice
(此食谱份量:3-4人)
✿材料
• 米 400克
• 清水 500毫升
• 甘榜鸡 半只
• 盐 1汤匙
• 酱青 1汤匙
• 蚝油 少许
• 麻油 少许
• 胡椒粉 少许
• 姜3片
• 小葱 2粒
• 蒜米 3瓣
✿准备工作
1. 将鸡肉切块并加入调料,然后搅拌均匀 备用
(做法请看影片)
2. 将米洗净 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,将米放进饭锅并加入500毫升的清水
2. 放入鸡肉块与腌料和斑斓叶
3. 按下烹煮键即可
4. 等待中。。。
5. 完成

Mum’s Recipe Super Easy! Chicken Rice
(Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
✿Ingredients
400 gram of raw rice
500ml of Water
½ kampong chicken
1 tablespoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Light soy sauce
A little of Oyster sauce
A little of Sesame oil
A little of White pepper powder
3 pieces of Ginger
2 Shallots
½ piece of Garlic
✿Pre-preparation
1. Cut the chicken into pieces and add following:
(Steps in video 0:10 ~ 0:40 )
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder
• 3 pieces of ginger
• 2 shallots
• 3 pieces of garlic
1b. Mix and stir to marinate the chicken
2. Wash the raw rice and set aside
✿Steps
1. Put the raw rice into the rice cooker and add 500ml of water.
2. Add in the marinated chicken with the marinade,and pandan leaves
3. Press the cook button
4. Waiting…
5. Ready to be served
