【妈妈食谱】虾米辣炒羊角豆(秋葵)
此食谱份量:3 - 4 人
✿材料
• 羊角豆 450克
• 虾米 50克
• 蒜米 5瓣
• 小葱 2粒
• 小辣椒(红) 3条
• 盐 1茶匙
• 生抽 少许
✿开锅前准备工作
将羊角豆清洗干净后,切除头然后切片,之后加入一茶匙的盐 备用
将虾米,蒜米,小葱,小辣椒切碎 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
2. 然后加入虾米,蒜米,小葱,小辣椒碎下锅爆香
*拿起了一些,当作摆设
3. 加入羊角豆翻炒均匀
4. 加入半碗清水翻炒均匀
5. 加入少许的生抽
6. 翻炒至收汁即可

[Mum’s Recipe] Spicy Okra with Dried Shrimp
(Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
✿Ingredients
• 450g of Okra (Lady’s Finger)
• 50g of Dried Shrimp
• 5 cloves of Garlic
• 2 head of shallots
• 3 Small chilies (Red)
• Suitable Amount of Light soy sauce
✿Pre-preparation
Wash and clean the okra, slices and remove the stem, add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Shred dried shrimp, garlic, shallot and small chilies.
✿Steps
1. Firstly, add suitable amount of oil to heat the wok
2. Stir fry the shredded dried shrimp, garlic, shallot and small chilies
3. Add in the okra and stir fry
4. Add ½ bowl of water to stir fry
5. Add in the light soy sauce, then stir fry again
6. Stir fry until all sauce is absorbed
