【妈妈食谱】香葱煎蛋
(此食谱份量:3 - 4人)
✿材料
• 大葱 150克
• 鸡蛋 5粒
• 生抽 1汤匙
• 盐 少许
✿开锅前准备工作
大葱切片,加少许盐 备用
鸡蛋打散,加入1汤匙生抽 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,加适量的油热锅
2. 加入大葱翻炒,翻炒至稍微软化
3. 加入鸡蛋液,适时翻面 (轻微按压鸡蛋会更香)
4. 煎至金黄即可上桌

[Mum’s Recipe] Red Onion Fried Egg
(Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
✿Ingredients
• 150g of Red Onion
• 5 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
• A pinch of Salt
✿Pre-preparation
Cut red onions into slice, add a pinch of salt.
Break the eggs and mix with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
✿Steps
1. Firstly, heat the wok with some oil.
2. Add in red onion and stir fry until it soften.
3. Add in eggs, flip after a while.
4. Cook until it turned golden, it’s ready to be serve~
