Thank-you for searching deeper into the UK. The BNO community appears to be arriving fast and in larger numbers - several with quite new KZbin channels. My partner is Chinese and does interior design for the Chinese community - she came in 2002. I am dealing with arranging peoples' lives right down to the type of weather, people and architecture they want to be surrounded by (it varies so much more than people think!). Anyway - fantastic channel and to see you here. I certainly never expected the fascination with the suburban neighbourhoods. I can see we have 4 planes every morning now arriving at Heathrow within 25 minutes of each other! That number used to be 2. Something is definitely happening.

Nice places to live would be Altrincham, Sale, Urmston, Cheadle, Bramall, Prestwich, Chorlton, Didsbury , Hazel Grove, Offerton, Heaton moor and many more. Don’t be frightened off with the crime rate, as there is crime everywhere. U.K. people don’t really analyse as much but you will know what areas to avoid. As people who commit crime travel everywhere. ☺️ It’s good to visit and get a feel of the area. Thanks for watching!

Chorlton is a great area, they encourage lesbian and gay community! People are very open-minded and they strongly support gay rights! There are also many delicious and authentic Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants with many south Asian and Middle Eastern living there. Houses are not cheap though but is worth it, around 250-300k for an ex council house which is in the more affordable range.

The great thing about Manchester is there is soo much diversity and the city welcomes people from all backgrounds! Waiting for the restaurants to open so can support local trade! ☺️ Not a cheap area at all, but a lovely area to visit or if can stretch with a bigger budget a nice place to live.

英國大城市又有town仔又有，可以做生意嘅地方都好多，例如每一個個大大大小小嘅鎮都會有中餐外賣店。雖然做生意由其舖租成本比香港平，但係人工福利同員工保障都比較高，仲有好多種牌照，呢啲都會係成本。另外地舖同網舖競爭都好大，所以最好嚟到計好晒數先，諗清楚先喇。

Lymm 係喺曼城嘅外圍，佢比較countryside感覺，其實都幾受歡迎嘅一個地方，而且樓價都唔係平嘅區分，因為其實好多英國嘅本地人，佢哋好嚮往呢種田原生活。可以遲啲去睇吓呢區嘅，但係呢排英國lockdown緊嘅時候，呢啲村仔其實真係冇乜嘢開門同冇乜嘢睇。遲少少等我哋諗諗可以點介紹呀。

Is Chorlton near University of Manchester? Any houses or flats for rent?

Chorlton is not too far from University of Manchester in a car. But normally if you go to the University people tend to want to live near the uni. So if you have a car or don’t mind the commute then Chorlton is nice place to live. Go check out Right move you can see what flats and house they currently have.☺️
