台灣有外表酥脆的蚵仔煎 粉漿裡面加麵粉就會外酥內軟 蚵嗲可能會加黃豆粉,吃起來會脆脆的

厦门的莲欢海蛎煎,爷爷就是用两把铲子快速飞铲,食材和视频里几乎相同,只是生蚝换成小一点但很多的海蛎,佐酱是厦门辣酱。真的和视频里太像了,味蕾大开。

as a teochew, growing up eating tons of oyster omelette, might wanna politely give a bit of small insight to the host and the team that the soft version was not actually coming from/ orginated from teochew or chaoshan. the chaoshan/teochew version of o5 luah4 always come out with crispy bottom. the omelette always comes out with a complete form (not a scramble version). always use duckee egg instead of chick egg. the oyster and the egg and the sweet potato starch always mix together first before frying in the pan. the soft version is actually a revised version when teochew ppl when they first moved to south east asia

我是潮汕的,我母亲就是做的传统做法,蚝和薯粉煎半稀的,然后再另煎调味蚝仔和鸡蛋再盖上去,真的很赞😊
