I really appreciate her for honesty... and if some one can't raise the kids...it's good to take decision not to have kids ...becoz as her job is primary and her job is very hectic...she can't take care of kids and job... tht too they can't spend time with kids ..these days kids are very hyper and many problems like autism...health issues are there... so instead of giving a bad life to kids it's better not to have kids... very different interview i liked it... i really appreciate her sincerity..

Don't invest in house after selling your old house in Nizampet. Remain on rental house only. Invest in equity mutual funds after selling Nizampet house. Also keep your MF SIPs continued. Like this, you will get financial independence quickly. You will be able to accumulate 2 crores in next 5 years like this quickly. House prices in Hyderabad are inflated, don't by house strictly

One correction on Loan spawn : Take 30yrs of spawn so that you will have to pay less amount and keep that extra money in any equity funds and one best thing is first one year pay extra amount for that loan atleast 1000 or 2000 every month .. for 1-2 yrs . Thats it your total interest will be dropped drastically. And you will see the wonders .. Don’t pay off your home loan if you close also again take another home loan .. every year you can claim tax for that .. am doing this for long time .. just do some research on it ..

Hello Sir, It is never advised to take home loan tenure bigger than 20 years. If you see prev episode of salary secrets, In Swaroops video, He took at 1 Cr home loan for 30 year tenure at 6.5%.When interest rates increased to 9.5%, the tenure increased upto 40 years. This will put lot of pressure on family as the interest amount gets increased from few lakhs upto crores. But as you said, investing some 10% of EMI in Equity funds will make wonders in long term. Really a wise decision will be to take Home loan of 20 years and investing in mutual funds religiously.
