加拿大陷入了治安同生活環境很差的情況。因為移民及難民人數多，好多人都搵唔到野做，生活指數不斷攀升。為咗生活，好多人都去偷去搶。政府解決不了治安問題，只將矛頭指向市民，於是再徵收更多的稅項，令到小市民百上加斤...所以今天的加拿大就是昨天的美國一樣越變越差既惡性循環...😢

The city allow and permit to all the development buildings in the area. The city civil professionals and experts should know those area can handle any problems with heavy rain or any unsafe conditions before they approve the development. If the city introduces the RAIN tax, any affected should SUE the city especially the mayor.
