It might be little but the fact that the irish player who putted the shirt down in front of the All Blacks as a tribute to their dead player, he never showed his back, he walked backwards which is a great sign of respect you can give to a person. I'm 4 generations Aussie chick and the NZ Maori Hake will hit me like a freight train EVERY time. I've never looked upon another ritual or tradition like this. I suppose being a 'mutt' or 'mongrel' from Australia born in the mid 80's will make you realise that I dont particularly belong to a mob like these beautiful people. Could not help but shed tears, my wife rubbed my shoulder asking of i was ok, looking at my tamariki playing in the lounge i couldnt help but feel aroha for Sean Wainui's whanau and the team as he meant so much to the Maori All Blacks and New Zealand rugby.
