@@CptDangernoodle Yes, I'm sure. The majority of us are of mixed descent. We're not all brown-skinned. My sister have the same parents but she has blonde hair and green eyes like our grandmother. I'm a lot darker. She's not considered less Māori than I am.

It might be little but the fact that the irish player who putted the shirt down in front of the All Blacks as a tribute to their dead player, he never showed his back, he walked backwards which is a great sign of respect you can give to a person. Someone who shows his back at you means that he doesn't care about you or what is happening. Great move from him! 👍👍 P.S. it was amazing! 🤯🤯

@masterofalltrades_ absolutely 💯 I'm the same. There is something about the Haka that is just so powerful and sentimental that brings me to tears sometimes. I'm 4 generations Aussie chick and the NZ Maori Hake will hit me like a freight train EVERY time. I've never looked upon another ritual or tradition like this. I suppose being a 'mutt' or 'mongrel' from Australia born in the mid 80's will make you realise that I dont particularly belong to a mob like these beautiful people. And the men......just another level of manliness on another level for me personally ❤

The respect shown by Ireland before & after this game will stay with me forever, Bundi Aki giving Hongi’s, the Irish lining up to clap the Maori off, this is what sport is about for me. Could not help but shed tears, my wife rubbed my shoulder asking of i was ok, looking at my tamariki playing in the lounge i couldnt help but feel aroha for Sean Wainui's whanau and the team as he meant so much to the Maori All Blacks and New Zealand rugby. I watched and cheered to such an extent i was told off! So very proud, Maori!

As a Saffa I have immense respect for both MABs and ABs. As a kid, my mother and father always called me out of bed early in the mornings so I could see the Haka whenever Springboks played against the ABs in New Zealand. It was always a pleasure to see it.

Was at this game in hamilton, as an irish born maori boy. Moving back to this whenua, Aotearoa. I have never felt more at home amongst a culture so similar to the one i grew up in. Proud irish 🇮🇪 proud to be tangata whenua. Ngapuhi hard.

I love how New Zealand has so totally embraced the Māori culture. This stuff is so powerful. I also thank the Māori for their support of Israel and for helping to get an indigenous embassy opened in Jerusalem. Respect. 💖
