Heeng - 1 chutki
Pyaaz - ½ katori (grind ya kasa hua)
Salt - taste hisab se
Haldi - ½ tsp
Mirchi - 1 tsp
Dhaniya - 1 tsp
Dahi - ½ katori
Tamatar - 1 katori (grind ya kasa hua)
Besan - 1 se 2 tbsp
Pani - 1 glass
Dhaniya - 2 tbsp fresh kata hua
