I've been trading an Omen for a Portent and keep it with my PC. I use it like a special ability when I see fit. The affects are either instant and end or last a set amount of days specified by the card. Any physical effects last until death...but that's just me.

Some of this stuff looks awesome! I've read Mörk Borg but haven't played it, though I do plan to run it solo at some point. Also, The Witch was a Robert Eggers film. I'm looking forward to his remake of Nosferatu!
