Great looking consist. I love the directional lighting on the last car, when you consider how old they are it’s a marvel of technology.

It's a real bitch (and expense!) to erect catenary (even the toy-like extra-thick Märklin version) but, as you can see, it is visually worth it. Thanks!

Yeah, it's a commitment, no doubt. Once it's up, and done right; it's solid. Though, one does have to learn how place and remove trains from the track, from underneath it.

The locomotive is Marklin 3034 from the 70s. Used ones are available online.
