Per, I am glad I found your channel. Short and sweet and interesting. I am looking forward to seeing more.

Thank You. I can't promise regularity but I will upload some short clips from time to time. I have received some more houses to build.

Also Test 4 looks good, But there is a little hill in front of the station building, isn´t it? Is it a problem, or run the trains without problems?
@perreyalsdam79943 жыл бұрын
There is no hill in front of the station, but in the corner after on the left of the layout and up to the back of the layout it is a climb. And some of the locos struggle there. But the Di3 (Or Mohab) has no problem.

That‘s not what i mean. It look‘s like, that the tracks go a little but up. Of course Not a Real hill, But i don’t know the Word for a small hill...

@@Mini-Club-Center-Siegen I think I know what You mean. It looks like it is a climb in the front of the station. But the area is actually flat. The climb starts at the light signal.

Hello! Very nice! Who makes this station? I also have Cortina in Z scale.
@perreyalsdam79943 жыл бұрын
I think Cortina is a great layout to build on. Lots of action in a small area. The station is Neuffen station and is produced by Vollmer. I bough it from zscalehobo.com/. They have good customer services and a large selection of items for z- scale.

Very nice!! The trains runs very good and stable. Are you having several places on the tracks to pickup power from trafo?
@perreyalsdam79944 жыл бұрын
Thank You. Yes they run pretty smooth. I have two power sources for the trains. One is connected to the outermost track and one for the inner loop. Because I have added two signals to the inner loop I had to add one additional contact point to the track between the two signals. To take care of turnouts and the crossover I use my old trusty mârklin transformator.

Nice, but toooooooo small for me. 1/87 is the way to go, if ya have room that is!
@perreyalsdam79942 жыл бұрын
I do agree. 1/87 is a great scale, but when I rig my 1/87 stuff i takes up all the space I have in my living room. I set it up, get all the signals and turnouts to work, run my trains and then its time to pack it down again. No time for modelling. I'm thinking of doing some module based boards, Fremo type style, but I lack storing space for that as well so it resolves to nothing. The z-scale is on the other hand permanent, and i glue together some houses from time to time, but progress is slow. I'm probably more into running trains than modelling.

That one consist is running at about 80 scale mph 😂🤣😂🤣🤣

They are in fact running much slower, I film it with my mobile camera and it somehow speeds it up. No editing just one shots.

It's a great start. Now it's just a matter of filling in the scenery. I bet this will look amazing once it is done! If any of you model RR fans are looking for buildings for your layout, BTW, I have begun listing some Z and N scale papercraft collections here: www.etsy.com/shop/MatthewLHornbostel
