🟢食材:
雞扒1件(450克)
薑汁、蜜糖適量
紹酒1湯匙
糖1茶匙
生抽1/2茶匙
老抽1/2茶匙
鹽 適量
胡椒粉少許
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 雞扒洗淨吸乾水,加入薑汁、少許胡椒粉、適量鹽、1茶匙糖、1湯匙紹酒、1/2茶匙老抽、1/2茶匙生抽,按摩雞扒讓醃料均勻混合,醃30分鐘。
2️⃣ 將雞扒放入氣炸鍋中,攝氏180度氣炸16分鐘,掃上蜜糖,再氣炸多3分鐘即可。
📌備註:本片所用氣炸鍋無需預熱及把食物反轉,請根據您氣炸鍋的功能作適當調節。
🟢Ingredients:
Chicken steak - 1 piece (450g)
Ginger juice, honey - as needed
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as needed
White pepper powder - a pinch
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rinse the chicken steak and pat dry. Add ginger juice, a pinch of white pepper powder, salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp light soy sauce to the chicken steak. Massage the chicken steak to mix the marinade evenly and marinate for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Place the chicken steak in the air fryer and air fry at 180°C for 16 minutes. Brush with honey and continue frying for another 3 minutes.
📌Note: The air fryer used in this recipe does not require preheating or flipping the food. Please adjust accordingly based on the functions of your air fryer.

好靚嘅雞扒, 如果你用個grill plate 皮向上燒15分鐘180度效果仲靚, 過後 用易清洗過原裝網架👍

可否比你氣炸鍋model no 我,我問D sale 佢話得兩個size ,一個普通,一個xxl 佢話普通size 這個放不入一隻雞的。但我家細,如買大這個好大啊冇位。
