It's nice but not very nutritious in my opinion like many other Japanese dishes...plus you "killed" the tofu's nutrition(again in my opinion). I think both of you are confusing between what you feel with your palate and the real "true" food combination. Humans tends to eat - "what is tasty" based on the palate and not with the brain! I would be happy to chat more in private :-)

this is just a example of a low fat high protein diet recipe. taste and nutritions are not their priority.
