Sesames oil chicken ingredients:
chicken: half chicken chopped
Sesames oil: 1 bowl
Taiwan cooking wine : 1 bowl
Ginger: 200 g
Shiitake mushroom : 6 pc
Dried Ear fungus: 10 g
Seedless Red date: 10 pc
Goji berry : 5g
Salt: half tbsp.
Corn starch: 1 tsp
材料：
走地雞：半隻（斬件）
麻油：1碗
臺灣米酒：1碗
姜：200克
冬菇：6朵
乾雲耳：10克
去核紅棗：10粒
枸子：5克
鹽：半湯匙
生粉：一茶匙
