If you pause at 9:18, all of the little block dots on the top and right side of the alien head are bullet entrances. That pattern extends into the rest of the alien head, it's just tough to see in all the texture of it. There's at least 100-150 hits we found.

Pretty cool using the German training ammo for the 134. You'd need a special bolt assembly to shoot that ammo reliably in a regular firearm, but the electric drive means that the energy of the ammo doesn't matter to function and operation.

I'm guessing the "special bolt assembly" means a lighter bolt and/or lighter recoil spring to compensate for lesser amount of energy? Or is it something more specialised?

Few can do it faster than an M134, or the M134's big brother that it came from, the 20 mm M61 vulcan that has a fire rate of 6,000 rpm. There is pretty much one rotary cannon that is faster, and that is the soviet Gsh-6-23, a 23 mm cannon with a fire rate averaging around 8,000 rpm. It is gas operated, which gives it a shorter spool up time and higher fire rate, at the expense of muzzle velocity.

In case anybody is wondering why the M134 is called a Minigun, that is because it is a down scaled version of the 20 mm M61 Vulcan Gatling-style rotary cannon, which is used on the majority of modern USAF and USN fighter aircraft.

Administrative Results recently did a video on "Predator" and it's weapons. They did shoot blanks in the minigun - because NOBODY can shoot a longer burst handholding the M134 with real ammo. The constant recoil just pushes everyone off their feet. This is the reason why miniguns are exclusively hardmounted. 😁✌️

Story time: I was at a soccer game when some gang shooting happened and round went flying everywhere and according to a police report there was about 150 shots fired. Everyone was running for their life and I hid behind some rocks and bushes near a road. Bullets went over my teammates and hit the ground near them and the wizzing sound from the slow motion reminded me of it. Multiple officer showed up with rifles and firearms just like a movie. I’m so glad no one got hurt and this video in slow motion just made me have flashbacks. Have a blessed day everyone! ❤

Hey guys I have an idea for ya, it would be cool if you guys did a video about “Project eldest son”. If you don’t know what that was, It was a covert operation by the United States SOG during the Vietnam War. Basically, they would introduce ammunition into enemy supply that had the smokeless powder replaced with high explosives. They did this with 7.62x39mm 12.7×108mm and 82mm Type 67 mortar shells I think it would make very cool slowmo to watch a remote fired AKM going full auto until it hit the tainted round somewhere in the middle of the magazine. Supposedly the tainted rounds had enough high explosives to knock the bolt of an AK backwards, through the person firing it, while the mortar and heavy machine gun could take out the entire crew operating it.
