27:14 missed 100%. That's funny, i saw few 100% misses, but only when ai attack the lost. Apparently lost have some hidden modifier that makes 100% not guaranteed hit... Or mod just calculates it wrong

It's probably because of the Mimic Beacon. They have all sorts of weird edge-cases.
