Bart Kakooza visits North Kivu eastern DRC. A base of the disbanded M23 rebels who staged a whirlwind rebellion that swept the entire area and threatened to take over the government of Kabila then President of the country, before withdrawing and melting in within the region.

I fully concurr with you. Problem with the DRC govt is inability to listen. This man is reasonable and whenever I listen to these people they sound like people with some genuine grievances, which as he is saying DRC agrees to then backtracks.

The fact is....Rwanda, Uganda and others want serious governments and systems while the Congolese still have their heads in the clouds; "Our Country is the richest in the world", many Congolese say but they don't want to go to school, stabilise and have a serious economy, No! they can't soil their hands and get down to serious nation-building to exploit their vast wealth, only wanting largesse and fine goods from Europe... Their neighbours meanwhile, notably Rwanda; will not only annex Congo for its wealth but also to ensure that Rwanda is secure. Kagame is a serious leader, surrounded by many African Jokers. If the EAC can get just 5 leaders like Kagame, we can go far. The man has changed his country and is a visionary.

What demands has he made. He has pointed out that there were points of agreement they had with the govt of DRC and the DRC govt backtracked on the same. DRC is not being particularly honest in the manner in which it treats Congolese of Tutsi ethnic extraction.

Clearly you don’t know why mobutu fled. These guys chased him from drc with the help of rwanda and a bit of Uganda. Do your research. They put Kabila in power after mobutu. Mobutu failed to defeat rwanda and fled like a coward lol after supporting genociders
