Looking good Rick. Those pencils do add another tool to the weathering bucket. You've really mastered that dusty effect vehicles get when in combat. Looking forward to the nest one.

Hey Richard. No, I don't put any type of clear or matte over top, it's really not necessary as everything is very durable once dry and will have a natural matte finish (both pencils & oils).
