Just Installed mine taking it out for a ride. The front of the diffuser (mid section) has play hopefully that won't rattle

Do you have any installation/aligning tips for the 2 extension pieces to ensure the best fitment? Also, do you think the double-sided tape is 100% necessary with the screws or would the screws be enough? I've watched a couple other videos that only used screws to hold the side pieces. Thanks!

I just played with the fitment for a while before committing to the final placement. The tape is helpful since you can stick the piece on and remove over and over until you get it right.

Great install! I think the diffuser gap looked bigger once you pointed it out, but if I were to walk past the car I would never notice it's 3 piece over 1 piece. The gap is not a big deal tbh I like the way the side pods wrap around the rear bumper. Side question - What's your suspension and wheel setup? The f80 is sitting pretty!

Thanks! Yes, the gaps are minimal, but something I wanted to point out in case others purchase this same one and experience the gap as well. Trying to be as transparent as possible. Check my videos! I have videos on both the suspension setup and wheels!

Could you have used the Diffuser you had on before with the new side pieces?

It would look a bit awkward since the center section goes down much lower to meet with the sides. The m performance diffuser doesn’t hang low.
