The worst experience I have ever had with any builder is for sec 89 soulitude- there is no transparency at all about who is RM, will the flats be given to us or not- waiting for a single reply from M3M from 3 years

Very poor experience seriously.. OC is applied for my unit which is still missing basic things like wall plasters, fire safety, lift, proper road to the block.. It is nowhere near to possession even in next 6 months.. I am surprised how OC is applied.. there must be some eligibility criteria to apply for OC.

The Worst Builder i ever faced and it was my biggest mistake that i invested in M3M.... 1 year delay already no update about possession and not even customer is allowed to watch the site.....worst Builder i ever faced😢😢

The worst builder who forged us. Initially given 10:90 payment plan, now asking 30 % of the payment without any buyer builder agreement, now without my consent they have cancelled my unit booking after more than 2 years. The worst decision of my life to trust such pathetic builder. Don’t even pay a single penny to such builders.
