Hey !
It's been a busy 3 weeks or so for me, with the wedding and all, but I had some time off and I had a few people ask why the wife (Dominique) is never in my videos, so we loaded up the Grizzly and went out for a date in the woods. We had a lot of fun, joked around a lot and this video is not to be taken too serious, I give my five tips on how to keep your spouse happy and maybe make them want to come along for another ride sometime.
We go to a beauty spot by a river, have a fire, cook up some food and explore the area a bit, all while throwing a stick non-stop for my dog, Wendell. I hope you like the video, make sure to like, Subscribe and leave me a comment.
Thank You.

My wife is saying "The Apples, The Apples." For a treat after dinner slice up a few of those apples and place in aluminum foil with some cinnamon, sugar and butter. Cook on fire for about 15-20 minutes and it is really good. Thanks for the great video. You are both wonderful.

T'was a great day for a family outing! LMAO at the tip #2 - maybe you need a CanAm 2-up to keep her comfortable - LOL Tip #3 should have been: "buy her a 4-wheeler of her own so you have a built in ATV buddy ready to go when you are" - you're really messin' this up bro - LOL (I wrote these last two comments before the end of the video, when she asked for her own seat - lol) Where do u get your old movie clips from? Yup, Jerry DOES like it! In fact, he loves it! GO BUDS! LOL Garlic toast rating - hahaha! - I love it! You clean your grill the same way I clean my frying pan when I'm camping - whoooohoooo! Nice job on the late night snack to bring up the over-all rating - hahaha!!! Awesome video buddy! Nicely thought out and put together!

Hey Glenn ! Ohhhh nice, I dont know anyone with a Tracker, but from what I see it looks to be basically the same as an Arctic Cat/Textron Off Road. I'm not sure about storage, there are lots of options for that, just google. and I'm up in NB Canada, so I dont really know any areas down in the states other than Hatfield and McCoy, which is a bucket list ride for me.

Hey ! we'll I dont think i'm anyone to give advice too haha I only have 5k subs, thats still a small channel, but I remember back when I only had 200 subs thinking I'd never get to 1K. the more subs you get it seems like the easier ppl subscribe... all I can say it put out the best video you can every time, take the extra time to make the video better. it's good to put out lots of content (thats where I lack, I just cant get out that much right now) so when I do a video I try to make it as good as I can.

In Minnesota and I believe all over the US, we can’t just go into the woods and camp wherever we feel like…we have to get back to the camp to sleep else…we will be in the deep with the DNR. Sad…

@@Maritimer Yeah…in Minnesota…it’s illegal to camp in the woods. Whatever you do, you need to get back to the designated camp to sleep. Unless one cheat…have not heard DNR talked about catching people cheat sleeping in the woods. Me and my friends, while getting back to camp saw people camping outside the designated area and we were very tempted to follow however we left all our camping gears at the camp.

First off on your tip # 2 you may have to upgrade to a TRV (two rider vehicle) or 2-up as some may refer to since now you are married for the comfort effect. That's what I did because first of all I do not like riding two people on a single rider ATV. I feel so cramped riding that way. It's not because I'm a large person (only 6 ft 175 lbs myself) but just feel cramped riding that way is so uncomfortable to me. I had a used 08 Arctic Cat 650 H1 TRV 4x4 and really like it, but I had to return it to the dealership because they could not get me a clear title for it. (long story there). There are only a few manufactures offering the TRV,Touring,2up bikes which is sad that they all don't offer that option. June 2019 I bought a used 2008 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO EFI Touring super clean bike with very low mileage and hours, very well taken care of, I'd say 98% show room condition. This was my first ever Polaris product and it's sad to say, but I cannot recommend it to anyone. I don't know if I got a lemon or what the deal is, but I tried for almost a month to figure out why it won't run now and I finally threw in the towel of fixing it myself. I carried it to a very highly recommended ATV mechanic 20 miles away from me hoping to get it fixed quickly. This next week he will have it for 2 months now and still he has not figured out what is wrong with it. Actually it would run for a little bit when started up cold and then shut down then die after warmed up when engaged in gear. Talking to the ATV mechanic on the phone he told me three weeks ago that it will not even start up now. Although he is not working on it constantly which I do understand that he's very busy with other customers (he was swamped with work at the time I dropped it off at his shop), but damn I'm really starting to get pissed off about this machine. I've never had a ATV down like this one this long, I got to put a whole 7 miles on it before it broke down on me. Don't get me wrong if it's mechanical, what ever it is it's subject to break down on you, I understand that completely, but my Polaris Sportsman has not made a very good impression on me. I feel like I have a expensive 700 lb plus paper weight now. Anyway enjoyed the video and hello from North Texas.

Hey buddy ! WOW thats a comment ! haha I think you're right, but I think i'd get myself a SXS over a 2-up ATV, and I believe thats why they don't offer many models of two up ATV's is b/c of how popular the SXS market is, but I can see why people would want a 2-up for sure. Oh man im sorry to hear about your bad luck with your Popo and I've had a number of friends have horror stories with their Polaris's (I've also heard a few good luck stories with them too, but they always seem to be newer than 2010) I'm not sure if they changed something major or not. Call me crazy but I'll take reliability over everything, thats why i'll probably always drive Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki or Kawasaki, I like the Japanese bikes, they are just proven to be long lasting. It's just small little issues that dont seem to happen with Yamaha/Honda that really bug me. Also Yamaha is made in the US ! So you'd be supporting US workers. Maybe you can get it running and sell it, cut your losses and get something else. Good Luck !!

@@Maritimer a Grizzly 700 was my second choice. I looked at everything but still kept coming back to the 570 Utility Edition. It seemed to have everything I wanted and needed so I went with it. Plus, I got a really good deal on it as it was an 18 model (brand new though).

@@Maritimer Before I bought the 08 Polaris Sportsman 500 I joined a Polaris forum and ask a lot of questions about that 08 500 HO EFI. Even the moderators commented saying it's pretty much bullet proof proven reliable ATV, ha not mine lol. I do agree with the manufacture you mentioned above on reliability. I grew up riding Honda's and about 7 years ago bought my first Suzuki ATV.. Never had any major problems out of those machines that I could not fix yet. The Polaris Sportsman 500 I have now is fuel injected, so to me it's a different ball game for me to work on. My wife wanted a SXS, but I like having the 2-up option ATV because I can get into places where the SXS can't. Keep the videos coming really enjoy your channel.
