Man is miss OG MW2, Proper Factions, Awesome faction theme music at every match start, different announcers for every faction, who actually express emotions when different killstreaks are called in. Real weapon names, map voting, awesome maps with a lot of variety (hopefully they add a bunch of them to MW2 2022), lobby isn't disbanding every other game, you aren't getting absolutely shit on every other game. Developers not hyperfocused on spamming microtransaction, being able to level up perks and the OG perk system in general, OG prestige, the crazy amount of emblems and calling cards. How the scoped filled your entire screen (personal preference), The janky animation where you would ads into the side of a sniper when turning around quickly (Not really an important thing, just thought it looked cool in final killcams). Playing the game to have fun instead of grinding camos inorder to have a fun, but that's probably because I was a kid back then and I was more easily amused.

I play mainly just the 3rd person modes. I really don't understand why, on controller, there is no way to have a dedicated button to switch shoulders. There are so many times where I try to sprint/switch shoulders in the heat of the moment and I do the opposite of what I want. It's extremely frustrating and confusing why they didn't think of this. Regarding engagement based matchmaking, I despise the fact that this system forces me into 80+ ping games for it to be "fair." I can't stand this. In the past, you could just leave and then queue up again. Now though, that lobby follows you around. It feels like I'm playing the same match over and over and over again.

tbh I dont think its a problem for the camo challenges being too easy to get is a problem. Its there for a little challenge that people can grind for but that shouldn't be the only thing that keeps players engaged to the game. Making the camo challenges super grindy like they were in mw 2019 made it too much of a slog for me till I finally got Damascus. There was something else there in mw 2019 that kept me going back even after mw2 released. A sort of magic that I feel mw2 is missing that makes me like mw 2019 more. It might just be me but if anyone else felt that mw2 got stale weirdly quick I'd love to hear everyone's opinions.

Split the perks up like ghosts. Each perk has a certain amount of points to it and once you hit that limit you cant choose any more. Split the ghost perk into 2 seperate perks (one takes you off every other radar ping, the second takes you off the other half of those radar pings) then if you choose to stack it, it takes more points but you have no radar pings. Then balance out dead silence of course. Maybe make it so you are loud when tac sprinting but normal sprinting is less loud and walking is completely silent. I feel in a normal game ds would be busted if you cant hear anything. Just some ideas I had for MWII

The only way cod will listen to feedback is if all of us come together and not buy the game. They don’t care about feedback because they see they have the “best selling cod of all time” at launch every year. If they see their sales plummet, they’ll take a look at why and will inevitably conclude that they will need to listen to their player’s feedback if they ever want a “best selling cod” again. It’s the only way.

MW2's matchmaking just stops working sometimes, i had a match where my entire team got stomped, our entire team went negative, their entire team was 1.5 to 3.0+ and we matched the EXACT same 6 stack for 3 matches in a row. the way you explained it just isnt how it works for me when i play, i can go right now and go negative in 10 matches in a row and will still only face 2kd sweatlords.

The sweatlords are paypigs, so to keep them engaged activision gives them benefits. Better damage, smaller hitbox, more health, aim resistance for console, it's wild

It’s the fact that SBMM has ruined the game, you do good one game and your fucked for 5-7 games later where you have to sweat🤷‍♂️ not only that but you get paired up with people with don’t play objectives. Everyone wants long shots but they can’t even bother trying to pivot the match to a point where they push routes that make long shots easier

The fact that I can’t play shipment anymore made me not want to play as much. I had fun grinding that map, shoot house just doesn’t measure up in comparison.

They added shipment back. Which brings it up in enjoyability through going for camos on a playable map but last night was almost my breaking point for this game I almost uninstalled because I just wasn’t having fun
