High Line at Hughes Center Apartments - WORST apartment to live in Las Vegas

Agree - the worst and BH management is terrible. This is the most unsafe, disgusting, and terrible situation that I've ever seen. BH Management is negligent.

@@M3RRYDELUXE They fight back on every single thing - even leasing (they let two residents live there for MONTHS without payment before initiating eviction) while those that want to get out - they won't let go. I cannot believe how horrible this is (drug use in the hallways again / sexual activity during early mornings while moms are walking by with strollers). Bugs in hallways again. I do not believe the rental situation has changed - there are definitely non residents in droves again. So much more to say but you already know - thank you for posting this...

I totally agree with you. I lived in lot of luxury apartments across the world. This is most ghetto and fake luxury I ever seen. Luxury is not how fancy chair or gym looks. Luxury is build by people who lives around you

My partner and I were there and left last summer. They lied, changed the rent cost per month at the last minute, etc. we're (others who lived or still live there) going to take them to court. My idea is to mess with them and pay to use the MSG Sphere with an ad saying to not rent there. They've broken several laws.

I was there last year for a week came to vist a friend it was cool i had no problems i did smell that smell she was talking about but i only smelled it in the stairs had to take the stairs cause they was working on the elevator to the rooftop and they do have security there at night i saw like 4 guys

Omg I live there for 2.5 years and I agree with everything you mentioned. You also forgot to mention package theft, all the breaking in they had into random apartments. Police technically living on site due to tenants keep filling report and nobody took action. I moved out in Jan and my place was left in an amazing condition you could have technically just move, but they charged me $150 for carpet cleaning and $130 for professional cleaning. Which is such a bs cause these are normal wear and tears. I also took pictures of how I left the apartment. I have never ever dealt with this type of issues anywhere else that I lived. Also they changed the manager again lol so no more airbnb. They also started charging tenants for common community water, electricity…… I was paying more for common electricity than my own personal electricity usage. Go glad I left, thank you for making this video 😊

Girl you said it ALL! Wish more people would listen to resident reviews instead of assuming we are just the few problematic tenants lol the community utilities was my last straw. I got the notification when I was moving out! Glad you escaped lol

I currently live there. I did have to move apartments because of the constant stomping from the upstairs neighbor. The smell is really bad in the hallways. But we also have to keep in mind the area they built this complex is on Twain and Paradise. Not the best area in Vegas. I moved in fully knowing vagrants might be an issue.

start with the areas with the best school districts, if money is not a factor that is always the best way to go.

honestly thank you so much for this review. I've been reading horrible reviews on google but this property keeps showing up at good prices and fairly central to everything. I will stay away from here. Have you checked yup the Elysian at the District in Green Valley by any chance? That seems like a nice walkable area? I'm not a local so it's hard trying to find what are good safe areas. Planning on finding something that has essentials that are walkable as I plan on not having a car.

You’re very welcome! I hope my review finds many others like you. They have dropped the prices down to try to attract more tenants; common industry gimmick The Elysian at green valley isn’t much different from other Elysian properties. Yes the area is a bit walkable but the reviews there aren’t great either. Wish I had better news!

I’m in an Australian who’s in America for work short term (few years) I lived in DC past year and loved not having a car etc. My new job is in Vegas and my work is at the airport. I’m planning to live somewhat close by to the airport where the Ubers are reasonable (will go the airport 7 - 10 x a month) but also have groceries and some form of town center that’s walkable.

because the time passed quickly, and most importantly the management kept changing and each new one would make empty promises. As someone who hates moving I hoped they would just fix things so I could stay put.

Thanks for the reply. I know I hate moving so looking carefully. Looking at Domain in Henderson. I like that area. They have a package added on to your rent though that gives you cable, slow150 wifi and special door lock app for like $175 more though. I don't like that they don't mention that until you call or apply. Sneaky fees.@@M3RRYDELUXE
