The more stuff you carry, the harder it is to move and therefore training will be more effective. He also trains special forces and they must carry all that equipment.

The gun assembly is simply for you to learn and keep focus whilest shooting. If you ever been in a shootout you know theres multiple factors that stress you apart from the fact that you are indeed ina gunfight. Great shooting there, excellent balance tho

I've been training with and carrying Glock pistols since the Gen 1. You can hear his pistol, both of them actually, sound nicely broken in. Look around today and there are almost no manufacturers who haven't produced a polymer framed striker fired pistol with a very similar internal trigger safety or striker block. Once that patent expired it was like a Glock clone explosion.

This kind of training has nothing to do with competition since he mostly trains people in reflex training and how to improve their response time and quick target acquisition and overall firearms control, how to keep your weapon safe and overall special forces training as well. I first became aware of him due to some of the Special operations forces were talking about how instructor zero had arrived and had trained them in certain improvement skills to help improve their reaction time with mental training and pushing so hard they started to miss the target more due to pushing their own limits and they eventually improved their times and accuracy when pushing their own limits and beyond.
