I love the M60 but could never get so many kills with it I get domed the second I try to fire the damn thing. Most kills in one match I have ever gotten was 13 and that was only because the enemy were running across an open field to take the objective I was on and I had set up in a house and was able to just spray the whole area. Even then I got sniped really fast.

I think you just need to have a pretty good “game sense” to make effective use of suppression. You have to know where it is likely the enemy will be and shoot those areas. Of course shooting where you see enemies or spots is always good too.
