The Beretta 92/M9s are so easy to use they feel great and the 4.9" barrel is just right. The 92S Italian has very low profile sights so they will not snag and the "EURO" magazine release on the heel of the gun is my preference. Not a big deal either way though. The 92 series has a lot of history world wide and used in military and police applications because it just works and works. I liked my first one so well my GF has one exactly like mine. Once you shoot one of these you'll want to own it. Instant Love! Thanks for making this video and showing the three great guns and I truly hope to see them in the future videos. Like do a paper plate test with all of them, lol.

Beretta 92 FS in SS is one of my best value for the money guns and with a few simple upgrades it is Awesome! Two best things to do are the Wilson Combat spring kit for awesome trigger pulls for both single and double action pulls. The other is Lok Grips and they are a bit expensive but worth the money when you feel how good your gun is in your hand after you put them on. The spring kit I spoke of above will improve anyones grouping if it did it for me, cause I am not a great pistol shooter at all, I'm more of a rifle guy and love shooting both but can't get the pistol shooting down as well.

Once you get use to the sights on that m9 your group will get tighter. I’ve got one and absolutely love it and it shoots better than any handgun I own. I wish all guns was made like them today
@tootall55595 жыл бұрын
When you shoot faster, you tend to over compensate for the kick and the shots go low. If you want to learn to combat shoot well, remove the sights, or easier to put a piece of tape over the rear sight so you can't use the sights. point and shoot, point and shoot. in fact, one of the best ways to train for the first shot is to pull every shot, with the sight covered, shoot until you just automatically hit where you need to. Anywhere near the ten ring is good enough... this is combat shooting, any solid hit in a kill zone is good.

I have the Black M9A3 and tried using the slim "Vertec" grips initially, but due to my big hands found it hard to hold the pistol tight. I fitted the fatter grips, that come with the box, and the pistol feels much nicer in my hands. The Vertec grips, as you said, i s good for people with smaller hands. You should've noticed the better trigger too, its lighter than the M9 or FS due to the soft spring. I have the "G" version of the M9A3, which is decocker only, so no safety. @thomasperez56434 жыл бұрын
I sometimes chuckle when I hear people complaining about their grouping. A person getting shot is going to bleed and the more rounds you put in them, the more they'll bleed. Let's say you're shooting was horrible, hitting the shoulder, hip, and love handle. They may not be dead, but you're definitely not at a disadvantage. Practice to improve, of course. But don't get down if your grouping isn't perfect.

Who Tee Who..... Thank you for this video. I believe some of the issues you were having regarding the shot groups were due to the following. M9: (1) Observation... It looks like to me that you shot with one eye closed. I might be wrong. :) (2) You are not use to shooting a handgun that does not have the standard 3 dot sight. That will take time to get accustomed too. With the FS, the sights were more what you are comfortable with, which of course improved your POA. (3) From what I understand the M9A comes with additional grips. This model has a larger magazine capacity based on the Army's requirement.

The grip is a bit big but it’s a nice shooter. The m9s rear sight has the 2 dots but aren’t filled in with color.
