I thought that Morocco used the French traffic sign system, I like to see that they have their own (although heavily influenced by the French anyway). Also those signs in Berber are a lovely surprise!!

Now we are getting into the real parts of Morocco. The cities are fine, and very interesting, but you really don't know the country itself until you go out into the countryside and see how people live and survive in such a "warm" country. Yes, my summers are their winters.. lol. The cities to me are the frosting, while the countryside is the meat and potatoes part. Hoping you had a blast in Marrakech and got to see a lot of the sights there. It is a fascinating and mysterious country.

Thanks for your comment! Marrakech can indeed be incredibly hot in summer. However in the winter, especially at night, temperatures are cool and very pleasant.

Even yhe countyside is very varied in morocco in the south and south east you will find more of desswerst like country side whilr in the rif there is a very meditreanean countryside

Very good. I have taken this road so many times but starting from Agadir to Casablanca.

I wish I can drive the whole road to Agadir some day, the coast there looks beautiful and I want to do windsurf there!
@dakhla32544 жыл бұрын
@@RoadsofEuropeverreme yes Agadit is a nice city. From Marrakech to Agadir the high way is almost empty. But 80 km before arrival there are long slopes up and down which is a bit dangerous.
@Matz322 жыл бұрын
120 is a pretty cool limitation and I think it's enough to drive properly and you don't have to worry about speed cameras, although if they already warn about them, they could stand behind and not in front of a warning sign:

@roadcammorocco63434 жыл бұрын

I noticed something when I was looking back at this video. What was that with the "Haga clic en Analizar para comenzar." commentary right in the middle of the screen at 1:00 and briefly at 1:15? Did you forget to double-check before you upload it?
@RoadsofEuropeverreme2 жыл бұрын
Wow, you sure have a keen eye. Yes I forgot to double-check, this is a message Adobe Premiere shows when you have applied video stabilization but not run it yet.

@RoadsofEuropeverreme4 жыл бұрын

@amineelabbassi34483 жыл бұрын
The gendarme has stopped you because you were speeding, they dont stop anyone in this peage unless they r speeding but I think when he saw you were a foreigner they let you go without even mentioning the matter they do that a lot 😂😂
@RoadsofEuropeverreme3 жыл бұрын
Hi, no I wasn't! I know Moroccan gendarmes are very strict so I stuck to the speed limits on the whole trip.
@amineelabbassi34483 жыл бұрын
@@RoadsofEuropeverreme the speed limit before this peage is 100 not 120 and so many people make this mistake, Here is a tip to how to deal with gendamerie on highway, They always place the speed radar in between the last exit before the peage and the peage if you pay attention you will see a guy holding a camera under a bridge or on the side of the road he then send his colleagues in the peage the picture to catch u so if you just hold the speed limit between last exit and peage u r safe
@RoadsofEuropeverreme3 жыл бұрын
That was what I thought, I saw them doing that on A2 before the Sidi Allal El Bahraoui toll gate, and also on A301 before the Marrakech-Palmeraie toll gate. I also saw many speed traps on dual-carriageway roads before roundabouts.
