Ingredients:-
1.200 gm mutton chap
.400 gm onion
.60 ml oil
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
whole spices
.50 gm curd
chop coriander
