I’m the descendant of Irish immigrants ( I’m 3rd generation Irish American on my fathers side and 4th on my mothers). For the first time in my life I had this prepared by a guy of Indian descent ( he came as an infant ). This meat is important in Ireland and it took me 66 years to try it . I was missing out ! I can with certainty tell you that Indian style is better !

I was having my dinner and dropped a 1 line comment, but justified sa nahi laga. This recipe is awesome. I come to your channel whenever I get bored of my regular cooking (which is very often.) To ji mein kal hi le ayi thi mutton chap and marinated with ginger garlic paste. Luck by chance, aaj apne ye recipe daal di. Bas fir to follow karna hi tha. Recipe ki monopoly (for me) is the badi elaichi, methi and long jo apne pyaz peeste time dala. Jadarbast flavour nikhar ke aya. Banate banate hi maza aa gaya. Maine thoda sa garam masala bhi dala tha Dahi ke sath (again, your garam masala recipe. Almost all your spices I have made and stored to follow your recipes. Chat masala to ekdum zadarbast hai...) Merko sach me aaj bina dimag lagaye, khana banane and khane me bada maza aa gaya. I served it with jeera rice, not roti, cause bong... 🤷‍♀️ Oh, also, chini ki jagah maine thoda sa gur dala tha, again a bong thing... 😁 Thank you for making the lockdown so fruitful Ranveer. Paji tussi chha gaye... 😀
