Ingredients:
500 grams of mutton, 400 grams of onion, 4 green chilies, 1 piece of ginger, and 15-20 cloves
of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2-3 teaspoons of mustard oil, Red chili powder as per taste, 50 grams of whisked yogurt, salt as per taste, 1-2 bay leaves, 10-12 peppercorns, 4 cloves, 2 black cardamoms, 2 green cardamoms, 2-3 whole red chilies, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder.
(500 ग्राम मटन, 400 ग्राम प्याज, 4 हरी मिर्च, 1 टुकड़ा अदरक और 15-20 लौंग
लहसुन, 1/2 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर, 2-3 चम्मच सरसों का तेल, लाल मिर्च पाउडर स्वादानुसार, 50 ग्राम फेंटा हुआ दही, नमक स्वादानुसार, 1-2 तेज पत्ते, 10-12 काली मिर्च, 4 लौंग, 2 बड़ी इलायची, 2 हरी इलायची, 2-3 साबुत लाल मिर्च, 1/2 छोटा चम्मच चीनी, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर, 1/2 बड़ा चम्मच कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर)
