Going to play devil's advocate here. I think Tamimi's movement was problematic. For the refs, at that point the quality of the shot is irrelevant. It's about Tamimi's intent. Not sure I agree with the decision, but it definitely justifiable.

I think the referees are getting worse year by year, that stroke against Tamimi at the end of the 1st game was ludicrous. Don't let that crap ref do any more games for god's sake !!

I know it seems like a bad decision, but the movement was into his line, so the shot quality becomes irrelevant. Marwan never had a chance to go through. However, I have seen other players (marwan) do the same and not get punisshed...

Quite possibly the worst call i have ever seen in my life at the end of the first game. Only outdone by the terrible reffing in jonah bryant's match. Actually really hard to watch
